Women's Retreat

Saturday 8 February at Martindale Gardens. Save the Date.  This is a one-day retreat.

We are thrilled to welcome The Rev. Canon Martha Tatarnic as our guest speaker. Canon Martha serves as the co-rector of St. George’s Church in St. Catharines and is an accomplished author of several books. At our retreat, she will share insights from her upcoming book, which explores female leadership in the early Church of England during the reign of Henry VIII. The book delves into how Queen Anne Boleyn influenced the king’s pivotal shift away from Roman control and toward Protestantism. Known for her engaging and thought-provoking talks, Canon Martha promises to inspire and enlighten us. The retreat will also include meaningful times of worship and praise to refresh and nourish our spirits.

Lunch will be provided by Martindale.

Registration forms are available from the office.
